Climatic Chamber Stability Tests of Lipase-Catalytic Octyl-Sepharose Systems

The application of the climatic chamber presented in this paper to assess storage stability immobilized lipases is a new approach characterized by potential unifying study conditions biocatalysts created various laboratories. data achieved from storing chambers may be crucial for chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Our describes developed protocols immobilization via interfacial activation lipase B Candida antarctica (CALB) OF rugosa (CRL-OF) on Octyl-Sepharose CL-4B support. Optimization included buffers with different pH values 4–9 wide range ionic strength 5 mM 700 mM. It has been shown that optimal medium CALB process tested support citrate buffer at 4 high 500 Implementing procedures enabled hyperactivation (recovery activity 116.10 ± 1.70%) under applicable reaction using olive oil as substrate. Importantly, tests performed drastic temperature humidity proved good biocatalyst (residual 218 7.3% dry form, after 7 days).
